FAQ
1. Q: Who are you?
A: Founded in 2016, we are a software service company dedicated to providing full-cycle software solutions for enterprises. Our core businesses cover three major areas: software testing, software development, and software integration & operation and maintenance. To date, we have served over 150 enterprises.
2. Q: What specific core services do you offer?
A: Our three main business lines cover the entire software lifecycle: First, software testing services, including functional, performance, compatibility, and security testing, to help clients identify software quality issues in advance. Second, software development services, which include customized development (e.g., enterprise SaaS systems, industry-specific APPs) and secondary development of existing systems. Third, software integration & operation and maintenance services, encompassing multi-system integration, daily operation support, and emergency fault handling.
3. Q: With years of operation, which industries are your clients mainly from?
A: Leveraging years of service experience, our clients span multiple industries, including the Internet (e-commerce platforms, social APPs), enterprise services (OA/CRM systems, collaboration tools), traditional industries (manufacturing production management software, retail cash register systems), and public services (government mini-programs, park management platforms). We can adapt to the unique software requirements of different industries.
4. Q: Compared with other software service companies, what advantages do you have?
A: Our core advantages lie in end-to-end service capabilities and years of experience accumulation: On one hand, clients do not need to cooperate with multiple service providers—we can address testing, development, integration, and operation needs in one stop, reducing communication costs. On the other hand, since our establishment, we have accumulated cases across various industries, enabling us to quickly understand client needs and shorten project delivery cycles.
5. Q: For software development services, what types of projects can you undertake?
A: We can undertake development needs in various scenarios: small-scale projects such as single functional module development (e.g., adding statistical report functions to software) and lightweight tool development (e.g., internal data organization tools for enterprises); large-scale projects such as customized development of complete systems (e.g., enterprise-specific management platforms, C-end APPs); and we also provide secondary development and function optimization services based on clients’ existing system architectures.
6. Q: How will your software testing services align with our development schedule?
A: We flexibly adjust test plans according to clients’ development rhythms: If clients adopt iterative development, we provide iterative testing—conducting tests for corresponding modules immediately after each development cycle. For one-time development projects, we launch full-process testing at the end of the development phase; meanwhile, we support interspersed testing to intervene in the verification of key functions in advance and avoid rework later.
7. Q: What specific problems can your software integration & operation and maintenance services solve for us?
A: In terms of integration, we resolve issues such as disconnected data and incompatible functions between multiple systems—for example, connecting enterprises’ ERP systems with financial systems to achieve automatic data synchronization. In terms of operation and maintenance, we provide daily system monitoring, rapid fault repair, and regular performance optimization services, reducing the cost of clients building in-house operation teams and ensuring stable software operation.
8. Q: During the project cooperation, how do you ensure we can keep track of the progress in a timely manner?
A: We adopt a phased progress update mechanism: At the start of the project, we clarify key milestones and timelines; during development/testing/integration, we share weekly progress reports (via online documents) to update on progress and pending issues; for key nodes (e.g., completion of development, end of testing, system launch), we organize online meetings to review progress with clients and ensure transparent information flow.
9. Q: If we need to adjust software functions or expand operation and maintenance services later, do you support this?
A: We fully support such needs. After software development delivery, if clients need to add new functions or optimize existing ones, we can respond quickly and formulate a secondary development plan. For operation and maintenance services, we can adjust the service scope (e.g., adding system monitoring dimensions, improving fault response speed) based on the growth of clients’ businesses, ensuring our services remain aligned with clients’ development in the long term.
10. Q: For the first cooperation, can you provide a detailed service plan for us to review?
A: Yes. For clients with clear needs (e.g., a specific type of software testing, development of certain functions), we provide a free concise service plan, including the service process, expected deliverables, and approximate timeline. This helps clients gain a clear understanding of cooperation details, and we only proceed with formal signing after confirming the needs are aligned.
